Hello, I’m Kayla Cockrell, M.Ed., LCMHC-A. I’m an associate licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals for a variety of needs with specialising in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and empowerment . My approach is grounded in person centered, cultural relativism, and systemic values. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and build the skills to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
