Mrs. Nikki Hodge Caldwell, MS, LCMHC‑S, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Whispering Willows Counseling Services, PLLC in Greensboro, NC. A proud three‑time graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and a lifelong Greensboro resident, Nikki brings over 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist and a deep commitment to supporting the emotional well‑being of women. Her own life experiences have shaped a profound sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding—qualities that guide her work and allow her to connect with others in meaningful, authentic ways.

Nikki is a Nationally Certified Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT) Clinician who is passionate about dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health and creating safe, welcoming spaces for healing. She believes firmly that the individuals who cross her path are the ones she is meant to serve, and she approaches each therapeutic relationship with intention, humility, and purpose.

Outside of her professional role, Nikki is a wife, a mom of five, a sister, an “auntie,” a friend, a mentor, and a true “homegirl” who genuinely cares about the well‑being of her community. She carries each of these identities with pride, and they shape the warmth, relatability, and grounded presence she brings into every room.

As a believer in God, Nikki recognizes the powerful and positive influence her faith has on her work as a mental health clinician. Her faith informs her compassion, strengthens her resilience, and fuels her commitment to supporting others through life’s most challenging seasons.

Nikki is also deeply invested in mentoring emerging mental health professionals, helping them discover their niche, develop their business model, and build practices rooted in authenticity, purpose, and service.
